The Battle of The Key Lime Pies


This recipe is taken from the Susie Key Lime. It was bought at Bravo Supermarket $ 2.48/16 ozs. 

1 can sweetened condense milk
4 egg yolks
4 oz. key lime juice
1-9"Graham Cracker pie shell

In a mixing bowl on low speed: blend milk, and egg yolks slowly, add lime juice. 
Once mixed, pour into pie shell.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes
Chill and serve. 
Very simple. I'll rather make my own shell. Recipe to follow.

I think I prefer the key lime without the strawberry.
