3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/3 c orange liqueur
1 1/2 all-purpose flour
1 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, soften
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 light brown sugar
1 egg
2 t orange zest
1 t vanilla extract
1 cup old fashion oats
4 ozs. white chocolate,chopped
In a small bowl, combine cranberries and liqueur. let stand overnight. Drain and set aside.
Preheat oven 350
Whisk flour, baking soda, powder and salt set aside.
Beat butter at medium speed until fluffy; gradually add sugars.
Beat in egg, orange zest,and vanilla.
Add flour mixture and beat at low speed just until combined.
Stir in oats, chocolate, and cranberries.
Drop dough by tablespoon, two inches apart, on parchment lined sheets.
Bake in batches, 10-12 minutes as they begin to brown
Cool on sheets 5 minutes.
Transfer to wire rack and cool.
