I already have cooked rice from last night, millet and barley from breakfast, so, this is made easy. You need quarter cup of each.
Ingredients:
2 T yeast
2 cups water, warm
6 cups Whole Wheat Flour, divided
1 T honey
1/4 cup oats
2 T molases
2 T vegetable oil
1 t salt
2 T vinegar
1/2 cup rye flour
1/4 cup corn meal
2 T melted butter.
Make a sponge with yeast, add 3c ww flour. honey, oats and molasses. Mix and let rest for 30 minutes.
Add oil, salt, vinegar, rye, corn meal and the balance of flour. knead for about 5 minutes.
Add cooked grains and place in an oiled bowled. Cover and with cloth and let double in size.
Punch down and make two loaves in oiled pans.
Let rise, bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes.
Brush with melted butter.
